Judges
Thank you for your interest in judging the Rochester Regional Science fair. Any person who has an interest in science and enjoys talking to middle or high school students is eligible to judge.

Judging teams consist of 2-3 people, and we try to match new judges with experienced judges. Project judging consists of talking to students and viewing the poster board displays. Usually project judges, judge 8-10 projects. Paper judges listen to a 12 minute verbal presentation about a student's paper and then have a 7 minute question time. Paper judges usually listen to 4-5 presentations.

We are still in the process of determining judging needs for the 2016 fair; however, if you are interested in judging please fill out the form found here and we will contact you closer to the fair once judging shifts have been determined. If you have specific questions please contact Fair Director David Williamson, at dawilliamson@rochester.k12.mn.us.
