Breakfast with Rochester Public School science teachers, Private School science teachers, special guests at Siebens Building at Mayo Clinic

9:00 - 11:00 am
Workshop "Twenty First Century Science Education" at Leighton Auditorium at Mayo Clinic .
There is a rapidly dawning perception that we are still, a Nation at Risk. We are essentially, in pre-K through 14, teaching a 19th century curriculum to students who must live and work in the 21st century. Ah, but I have a plan . . . An election year is a good time to think creatively and boldly about every aspect of our educational system. Teachers are Key: Underpaid, under trained and under appreciated.
