Preschool Withdrawal Refund Policy:

If you drop a class 1 week or more before the start date, you will receive a refund minus a $5.00 processing fee.

If you drop a class less than 1 week before the start date, you will receive a refund minus any costs incurred, including a $5.00 processing fee.

If you drop a class on/after the class start date:
If you drop a class that meets three times or more, you must drop the class within 2 business days after the class start date to receive a refund minus any costs incurred, including a $5.00 processing fee.

If you drop a class that meets less than three times on or after the start date, no refund will be issued.

Weather-Related or Instructor Cancellation:
In the event that a one time preschool class must be cancelled due to inclement weather or unavoidable circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule. However, there may be instances when it will not be possible to reschedule the class or make a restitution of funds. For weather related cancellations, please call the Community Education Weatherline at 328-4010. In the event that a preschool class must be cancelled due to instructor illness, mechanical difficulties or unavoidable circumstance, every effort will be made to reschedule the class. However, there may be instances when it will not be possible to reschedule a class or refund money.

Scholarship Policy
Families who have an income that would qualify them for the free or reduced lunch program may receive a 50 % reduction on preschool class fees up to $25 per child, per brochure. Families may call the preschool office to determine if they meet the criteria. Bus trips and agency classes are excluded from the scholarship program.

Attendance by Non-Registered Children:
For the safety and quality of the program, only children registered for the class may attend. Siblings and other children will not be allowed in the class.

Medication Policy:
Community Education staff will not administer medications to children participating in the Preschool Enrichment program. Parents/Guardians must stay on site if their children need medication during class time.
